Running Man Contest

Have you ever heard Running Man (RM)? I'm sure you know bout that.
A game-nobody-survives film, starring Arnold Schwarzenegger.
I found links from slashdot.org two or three days ago about this kind of game held by Defcon 12, game between teams to get a web page saved on a web server. The web page has a RM poster and secret message.
A man called RM hold a computer with wireless AP (WiFi) which run that webserver, and he/she/it will run around the contest place (Alexis Park).
Each team has their own gadgets connected to radio directional equipment and must find him/her/it in 60 minutes. If they get the web page, they must try to solve secret message with their cryptographic and puzzle skill, decode it man ;-). After that, they should say it to the RM.
The first team to do so wins the contest, but asking people around the Alexis Park is prohibited.

Every team has their own-custom-equipment:
- Renderman: backtop
with the help of the dual Yagi antennas
- Andre: Compaq PDA with antenna mounted on a custom frame
- Eric Smith and Bill Barnes: nondescript laptops run Fedora RC1, Kismet, several custom Perl scripts Eric wrote and an iPAQ in "Tricorder mode"
- CK3K: i don't know, maybe just ordinary laptops and wireless device hehe, coz this men are young ;-)

Many bogus Running _Men_ and WiFi involved in the contest, of course all participant confused bout that. They just walked around the park but didn't find the real RM. Slowly but sure and patient are two important things to win the game.
Finally, the contest winner is Eric-Bill, they
came closest to the purpose/mission: load the web page but didn't decode the secret message yet, coz time is up.
You know that the RM isn't a man but women named Dara,
young lady who photographed RenderMan before the contest started.
She hold Sharp
Zaurus handheld running GNU/Linux and Apache. I want it ;,(

The contest designer was Frank Thornton from Blackthorn Systems (www.blackthornsystems.com).
