Read slacky pages
I've just read _all_ of pages in slackware.com and that's nice ;-)
I learn much again after read that pages.
Linuxpackages.net, source of slackware packages also has been updated since i didn't visit their site about 3-4 months even 6 months. Oh God, Slackware improved nicely (fun, isn't it?). It has apt-like applications called swaret, slapt-get, slackupdate and many great applications come into tgz available from this webpage. Install all packages you need then have a nice day with updated and powerful system.
Remember pkgtool? the dialog-menu-driven tool for managing packages in Slackware? it has complete Qt-based GUI, taraa Slackins. Sorry for GNOME users out there, i use KDE --at least beside fluxbox :p
